Scheduling

• Scheduling cutoff is on September 30th to make sure all paperwork is completed and Mineral Community Hospital has everything you need prior to the appointment.
• Patients must complete a MCSP enrollment form prior to the scheduled cutoff date.
• Patients will be directed to call Mineral Community Hospital at (406) 822-3705 to schedule their screening mammogram.
• Patients will be instructed to let the scheduler know their appointment is for Tough Enough to Wear Pink Free Mammogram Day.
• If interested in scheduling a screening mammogram, please call us at (406) 751-8163. We will ask the patient to complete an enrollment form and then direct you to call (406) 822-3705 to schedule.

Billing

If the patient has insurance, their insurance will be billed. If there is a balance after insurance pays, and if insurance pays more than the Medicare rate, the balance will be written off.
