Mineral Community Hospital is a trusted rural healthcare provider that is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Nurse Aides (CNA in Training). This is a unique opportunity to begin a meaningful career in healthcare—right here at home. This position's wage starts at $13/hour. Once fully certified as a CNA, wage will increase to $16/hour.

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on assistance with basic patient care, including bathing, feeding, and mobility
Support nursing staff in monitoring and recording patient health data
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Develop real-world experience while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
