What You’ll Do:

· Partner closely with our Director of Clinical Services to develop clinical workflows, protocols, and quality standards that raise the bar for outpatient care.

· Act as the clinical lead and mentor for our team of Medical Assistants—supporting, coaching, and helping them grow.

· Conduct competency assessments and training, ensuring our team delivers consistent, high-quality care.

· Jump into patient care as needed, supporting triage, procedures, immunizations, and rooming patients.

· Serve as a liaison between staff, Director of Clinical Services, and providers, helping keep our clinic running smoothly and collaboratively.

· Be a positive role model and team leader—fostering a respectful, professional, and motivated clinical environment.

What We’re Looking For:

· A registered nurse (RN) licensed in MT with experience in a clinic setting. (Would consider an LPN with relevant experience).

· A big-picture thinker who’s also not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details.

· Someone with a passion for staff development, high-quality care, and continuous improvement.

· Excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
