The only Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Mineral County meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the Masonic Lodge in Superior, September through June. The meetings commence at 7 pm and are open to any honorable discharged US Veteran who served in an overseas combat zone. This  information is on your DD-214 which you will need prior to joining this patriotic group of  Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Sailors.

This group is instrumental in parades during holidays and with Honor Guard for funerals
