Make a scarecrow, It can be put on display anytime after Oct. 22nd at Scarecrow Row on rt. 135.  Cash prizes for cutest, or funniest, or most imaginative scarecrow.  Judging will be the early evening of Oct. 29th right before the annual Harvest Dance.
