You re invited to join a FREE, confidential support group. This is a caring, supporting group of peers – no director will run the meetings. This group shares information and offers mutual support related to participants’ experiences with mood disorders (depression or bipolar disorder). Their goal is to provide hope, reassurance and encouragement to each other.

1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7pm in the MCH Conference Room (Below the Specialty Clinic where the County Health Department offices are located)
