Jon was born and raised in Billings, received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Montana. He is the current Chief Deputy Attorney General working under Attorney General Tim Fox. Jon has worked for the Montana Department of Justice since 2013. Jon has appeared numerous times before the Montana Supreme Court, federal courts on a variety of constitutional, criminal appellate, natural resource and business law. Jon believes he is the right conservative to lead the state on public safetey issues, fight government overreach and protect our most vulnerable citizens.
