An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Friday, repeating until February 1, 2021

Mindful Yoga is a practice based on the traditional yoga postures with a focus on body/mind awareness. All levels of practitioners are welcome and modifications are provided for all ages.  We meet every Friday at 9 am in the Mineral Community Hospital Employee Gym!  Questions?  Contact Janet Smith at 822-2099 or jntcsmith@gmail.com.
