An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Beginning Yoga is a gentle, continuing restorative yoga practice. We will start at square one and work our way through both sitting and standing poses. As we practice together, we will learn about yoga poses, relaxation and yoga philosophy. Everyone is welcome, all levels of flexibility and conditioning are honored. I am so excited to share this wonderful form of exercise for your mind, body and spirit!
