Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive champions the mission, vision and values of the hospital and oversees the hospital’s overall day to day operations in compliance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations and policies.  Works collaboratively with managers and staff to ensure that quality patient care is the top priority.  Develops, administers and coordinates the operations, services and programs of the hospital.  Provides strategic leadership internally and collaborates with external stakeholders to provide a top-notch medical delivery system in the community.  Leads the hospital in short and long-range planning to meet the goals set forth by the organization.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.

Prefer:  Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration (MBA or MHA).

Licensure:  Nursing Home Administrator or obtained w/in 6 months of hire.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in healthcare leadership position, preferably in a frontier Critical Access Hospital.  Montana experience preferred.

Ability to think and act “outside the box”.

Proficiency in computer operations.
Has a commitment to the community.
Ability to lead and motivate others.

Must possess effective communication, human relations and public relation skills; both written and verbal.

Hospitalist: ER, Acute, SWB

Full-time Position (6—24 hour shifts) w/ benefits

Requirements:

·        ACLS/PALS/ATLS

·        Must be a team player and work together with other providers to provide comprehensive coverage.

·        Willing to work holidays and weekends as necessary for vacation coverage, emergencies, etc.

·        Must be motivated and able to adapt to a variety of situations as they occur.

·        Ability to communicate patients needs in an efficient and effective manner.

·        Emergency Room Experience preferred.

·        Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.

2 days per month

Wage depends on experience

Requirements:

Must be motivated and able to adapt to a variety of situations as they occur.  Ability to communicate patients’ needs in an efficient and effective manner. Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.

 

Registered Nurse (Medical/Acute/ER)

1 – Full-Time Day Position & 1—Per Diem Position

Requirements:
